How do I get my guide after I buy it?
Every guide is delivered electronically. A download link appears on the order confirmation page immediately after checkout, and a copy is also emailed to you. There's nothing physical to wait for.
I didn't get my download link. What do I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it's genuinely missing after a few minutes, contact us and we'll resend it.
What format are the guides in?
PDF. Where a guide includes worksheets, checklists, or templates, those are included in the same download.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
Whatever secure options appear at checkout for your region — Shopify handles this directly, so you'll always see accepted methods before you pay.
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once and keep the guide for good — no recurring charges, no course to finish on a deadline.
Refunds
Can I get a refund?
Because digital products can be accessed and copied immediately, all sales are final once a guide has been delivered — except if you received a corrupted or incorrect file, were charged twice for the same order, or the product failed to deliver due to a technical error on our end. In any of those cases, contact us within 14 days and we'll fix it or issue a refund. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Are these written by experts?
Where a guide draws on a specific author or subject-matter background, that's credited on the product page. Every guide is built to be practical and honestly sourced — if we cite a result, we link or describe where it comes from rather than rounding it up to sound better.
Do the guides replace professional advice?
No. Guides covering health, finance, parenting, or legal topics are educational resources, not a substitute for personalized advice from a qualified doctor, financial advisor, therapist, or lawyer. Any guide-specific disclaimer is noted on that product's page.
